The following is a video of my walking through the Denver protests last week when Nancy Pelosi came to town to do a press conference at a local clinic for the homeless.
I walked through the crowd taking pictures and was absolutely shocked at the sheer wrongness of the signs and chants.
So I took some liberties and talked back... :-)
First, the video:
As you can see, the chants are pretty strange. Aside from the usual abortion rage (and why are you here?), there are anti-Botox protesters as well. :-)
They aren't winning. They won't win. Keep fighting!
PS - I got a comment from a viewer a short time ago that says:
Hey answer this question for me. What government run program of this size has ever worked? Why is your rating for this video so low? Why out of 342 views is there only 2 favourites? Have you even started reading the bill? Massachusetts already has socialized health care for the last three years, and is bankrupt and just dropped 30,000 legal immigrants from it. Why? Why is Canada, Europe and France health care in shambles and rationing of care is taking place? Why wont that happen to us?
So, if you don't mind, can you give it a nice big fat rating to show this right-wing scum that the PEOPLE WILL SPEAK!! :-D
